What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, email address, website if you add one, and your message.
- When you book a call: the booking calendar is run by Calendly. Calendly collects what you enter there, such as your name, email address and answers to its questions, and shares it with us.
- When you visit: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn’t set cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the booking calendar.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, and carry out work we agree on together. Technical request data keeps the site running and secure. We don’t sell your personal information.

Each service handles information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages, booking records and related email for up to 1 year, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we work together.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@aloraautomation.com.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
